- Adequate classroom management
- Knowledge of language learning and development
- Knowledge of the subject in terms of grammar, vocabulary, and language skills.
- Knowledge of the culture of English speaking countries.
- Knowledge of English literature.
- Be able to design, adapt and improve lesson using technology on subject-specific aspects.
- Be able to research teaching and subject materials.
- Be able to plan, structure and organize your own lessons and your environment.
- Be responsible, independent and adaptable.
- Be self-critical and be able to reflect upon your own handling.
- Be able to maintain relationships with students, colleagues, school staff, local community and businesses.
